May Kraft + Challenge

This month the challenge at Kraft Plus really had me thinking....actually it stumped me for ages. I could not even think of where to start. I sat looking at the inspirational picture for ages, riffled through my stash, looked at photos and then repeated and repeated the same until something came to me. It was only by pure chance that I saw these photos of the girls in the fire truck and thought that they might be the ones that I would use. Anyway here is my layout..... I am not too sure of the finished layout but I did have a lot of fun making it and using my art supplies but I ended up covering most of it up. Go and check out the inspiration picture and see if you can see where my inspiration came from.

Enjoying the process is what it's all about, glad inspiration came. Brilliant take on the challenge. Thanks for joining us over @ Kraft+ this month :)

Funny how some challenges are easy to follow & others 'test' us, eh? And really weird how often the 'testing' ones become faves....well, in my experience that happens, anyways! I really love how you've pulled all this together with those chevron papers running helter skelter out from the images. They look great! LOVELY page....thanks for sharing with us at K+, too:):)

I'm with you! I normally create great backgrounds and then cover them up! I like what I can see of your layout though. It looks very textural and interesting. Great fussy cutting of photos too!
