This month at the Counterfeit Kit Blog the kit to pull inspiration from is this subtle coloured pack of Summer, called Sweet Tea.
What called out to me from Sweet Tea were the wood grain, the subtle colours teamed with gold. So when raiding my stash I searched for a few woodgrains and found that one of the Heidi Swapp pappers from the Emerson Lane collection had pieces of colour through it so I used this piece for the tones to match the rest of my papers with. I also added acents of gold with a gold cardstock piece, which I will use for cut files, gold thickers and gold stickers.
Then I finished off with embellishments, doilies, coloured chipboard and a few flowers.
This is a lovely kit. I like that multi-patterned chevron wood grain and that one sticker sheet that I think must be Heidi's Emerson Lane. I have that too, but not the papers. Enjoy!
