Cybercrop Time @ Mystical Scrapbooks

It is that fun time of the month again - Cybercrop Time at Mystical Scrapbooks!!! Love this time of the month as I get a few layouts done with the great inspiring challenges.

This Month the theme is "Get Messy" so the challenges are all about using techniques that will have you dragging out the paint, spray, mist and gesso.

I did an inspirational challenge, but instead of a picture or photo to inspire I put up a video of Lou Nelson creating a layout and I challenged everyone to use the video as their inspiration. Here is the video if you want to check it out. Lou Nelson.

This is the layout that I put together based on Lou's techniques.

Our Little Miracle

I have used lots of gesso, embossing powder. My Little Shoebox Mini Alpha stickers and Memory Maze chipboard word "Miracle". These are some old photos of Bronte I had laying around, when they printed they printed a thin black stipe down them and I just couldn't throw them away....now I have scraped them - just because not all photos will be perfect.

Live Stage Show

Paint splats, leaves and bling for Anita's Challenge.  Cameo cut-outs, Jillibean Soup Alphas, Kaisercraft Gems and Pearls and Memory Maze Scroll Chipboard Frame. A photo of an as for Mid Summer Nights Dream - it was my first ever love stage show as a teenager - I had no idea what was going on but loved it.

Monster Family

Paint splats and dribbles for Donna's Challenge. Lots of random products on this layout. I had to take a photo of Bronte's drawing that she did of us as a Monster Family - can you see out teeth?? We are all vampires and have pet bats. Too cute.

The challenges are up all week and you have until Friday 12th April to get them completed and uploaded into the gallery for you chance to win some great prizes. Happy Scrapping.
