Memory Maze

Sally at Memory Maze Designs is wonderful. When she found out that I was in the Navy she designed some fantastic chipboard pieces to suit and let me tell you I have been using them in a lot of layouts lately. This one I wanted to share with you as it show that even though the Australian Navy is a Defence Force they are family friendly. We like the girls to know what we do so when we are given the opportunity to take them to work we do so and this is one particular day when we were showing the girls the new boat that Adrian is now working on.

Now if you want to see more of the details a bit closer up and hear about the process I used on the chipboard them please head on over to the Memory Maze Blog.

The Royal Darwin Show

For the very first time I decided to enter some of my scrapbooking into a Royal Show and I actually got a second and third place. Which brought a huge smile to my face. But even better than my second and third was that Bronte entered her first ever canvas painting and she won a first place. Now that made my smile even bigger.
These are two of the pieces that I entered.
