May Counterfeit Kit Reveal

Hello everyone, hopefully you have found your way here to my blog through the Counterfeit Kit May Reveal Blog Hop. You should have just left Tina's blog, if not I will post the full Blog Hop pages at the end of this post, so you can find your way.

So this month the chosen kit was Echo Park / Carta Bella Oh Happy Day kit.

When looking for inspiration from the kit I was drawn to the "home/farm yard" feel to it, which is really a great topic at the moment, given that we are all home isolating right now. The strawberries, lemons, florals, gingham and home items all jumped out at me, so I kept that in mind as I ruffled through my large patterned paper pile. I was also excited by the die cuts in the kit and the thought of actually using some of the 100s of die cuts I have aquired. I love die cuts, I just don't use them fast enough.
So for my kit I decided to keep it simple and stick with just papers and die cuts..... I will pull other bits and bobs from my supplies as I create my layouts, but the main emphasis will be on the paper and die cuts.

Home Bound

I have named my kit Home Bound this month, given that we are all still at home and I plan on scrapping all about our Covid 19 mis-adventures.
My papers that I pulled from my stash.
Just some of my 100s of die cuts.

Here is the Blog Hop List so you can follow along.

  2. I find your paper choices a bit more eclectic and interesting than the inspiration kit - well done you. And those paper bits look like so much fun.
