3Quater Designs - Autumn Whispers Collection - Design Team Share

 As soon as I opened the Autumn Whispers Collection from 3Quarter Designs, I was completely drawn in by the warmth of it. The colours are just beautiful – rich ambers, soft creams, warm browns and those gorgeous hints of burnt orange and muted reds that feel exactly like Autumn.

What I really love about this collection is the texture. The woodgrain papers, soft vintage washes, delicate florals and layered elements all work together to create that cosy, slightly rustic feel. It has that perfect balance of being detailed without feeling busy, and everything blends so effortlessly.

For me, this collection couldn’t have been more perfect. These photos are from our first real Autumn here in Canberra, and it was such a memorable time for us. Coming from warmer climates, the girls hadn’t really experienced the change of seasons like this before. Watching them enjoy the falling leaves, the colours, and that crispness in the air made these photos extra special… and this collection just captures that feeling so beautifully.

One of the things I love most about 3Quarter Designs collections is that they really do give you everything you need. Between the 12x12 papers, die cuts, stickers, tags and those super handy matting strips, you could easily create a full layout straight from the pack.

…but me being me, I always like to add a little extra. For this page I brought in:
Corrugated cardboard for that extra texture and grounding

Thin twine to soften everything and help tie the clusters together

Paper and silk flowers to add a soft feminine touch

Wood dots, which just felt like they belonged with this collection

To really bring the layout to life, I used 3D foam tape under my fussy cut elements. That little bit of dimension makes such a difference and helps everything feel layered rather than flat.

One thing I have to mention… 

......the wagon wheels.

When I first saw it, I honestly thought how on earth am I going to use them?
But once I started building my layout, they just slipped into place like they were always meant to be there. And now? I absolutely love them. It adds such a unique focal point and really ties into that rustic Autumn feel.

The Autumn Whisper collection was such a joy to work with, and it made documenting these memories even more special. If you love warm tones, beautiful textures and effortless layering, this one is definitely worth getting your hands on.
