Today I’m sharing my latest Design Team layout for 3Quarter Designs using the beautiful Twilight Ink collection – and honestly, this collection just does all the hard work for you.
The mix of soft blues, warm neutrals and those delicate florals creates the most dreamy palette, and I couldn’t resist using it to document a very special moment with Paige when she was just a toddler. It’s one of those photos that instantly takes me back, and the gentle, almost storybook feel of Twilight Ink was the perfect match.

For this layout, I didn’t start with a firm plan – I simply began tearing into the papers to add texture and interest. Completely by accident, the design evolved into what looks like a soft, oversized envelope wrapping around the page. I love how it frames the photo so naturally and draws your eye straight into that sweet moment.
The cluster work is where this collection really shines. Those stunning florals layer effortlessly, creating fullness and depth without feeling heavy. I tucked in the beautifully illustrated woodland animals to add a whimsical touch, and they blend seamlessly with the florals thanks to the cohesive colour palette.
Around the photo, I kept building soft layers with doilies, fussy cut elements and subtle embellishments, letting the textures do the talking. The little details – enamel hearts, gems and soft splatters – add just enough interest without taking away from the overall calm feel of the page.
The title cluster grounds everything beautifully, sitting nestled into the florals and tying the whole design together. It feels balanced, soft and full of love – exactly what I wanted for this memory.
Twilight Ink is one of those collections that is incredibly easy to use. Everything coordinates perfectly, making layering and clustering feel effortless, while still giving you plenty of scope to get creative with texture and composition.
If you love soft, romantic layouts with a touch of whimsy, this collection is an absolute must.
